Pros
It has a bit of a chalky texture and flavor but by no means is it horrible. Easy to * - vanilla flavor coating.
Lactaid helps with intolerance to dairy products. My wife and adult son both use lactase enzyme since they are lactose intolerant. I struggle with stomach issues, and it primarily flares up when i consume dairy.

Cons
It requires you to keep eating a pill for every 30 min - 45 min you eat dairy. The price point is also relatively high per pill. It seems to be more of a placebo now.
