Pros
Lactaid tablets are essential for those with lactose intolerance. They also help those with a sensitive gastrocolic reflex. The tablets also help with bloating and digestion.
One tablet works well for myself. Each pill comes in mini packages or pouches.

It actually does work a bit quicker than the regular lactaid pills
I recommend for those with lactaid intolerance i dont know how it would work with allergies though

I noticed that they all said aspergillus oryzae etc on them while this one lists betagalactosidase unspecified source could be a factor as the lactase enzyme so i decided to try something different and i am so glad i did

So im lactose intolerant i cant drink an iced capp or a coffee without rushing to the bathroom within minutes

I have severe lactose intolerance to the point where small serving of ice cream or a slice of pizza will cause me gastrointestinal distress bloating gas and usually vomiting as well
