Even though i like this product, i think i’m gonna have to find an alternative yet again. It also fills me up very well. A little pricy for everyday use though.

Post workout protein burst, * yes. I normally buy premier protein shakes which is a little cheaper. It has a ton of protein which is great and its a good grab and go convenience.

Looks like sickening strawberry milk products. Flavors are kind of repulsive. Vanilla caramel tastes strongly like burnt caramel.

Also ordered the lean body protein bars and they were soaked as well. Mg of caffeine per serving (that's 5 regular cups of coffee at once) stick with muscle milk. Powder is way better 'less junk and sodium.
