Lean is actually very tasty, doesn't have that chalkiness to it and blends easily. It tastes better than a milkshake, because it's healthy. It isn't chalky or have a funny after taste.

It fills you up for a meal which is great. It also has all of the vitamins and minerals and it does fill me up.

It's very tasty, very light on the flavoring. It is very good. Can't wait to see the results. It tastes pretty good!

As far as suppressing my appetite it works! It also seems to suppress my hunger more than the rtds as well. Highly recommend if replacing breakfast/lunch. I replace two meals a day with it splitting the two scoop serving into to meals.

While i realize this is a labrada issue and not yours, i still need to return and exchange. Will not be purchasing anymore of their protein powders.
