Pros
Feel full and energized. Fills you up and doesn't leave you hungry. It also seems to suppress my hunger more than the rtds as well.
Lean is actually very tasty, doesn't have that chalkiness to it and blends easily. Throw a banana in with either water or almond milk, throwing some ice and blend.
The strawberry flavor in this powder tastes better than the strawberry rtd 40gram protein drink. This tastes amazing and relatively low carb at 14g compared to other meal replacement shakes in 40-50g’s. Strawberry is also good with or without fruit!
Tastes so good. Its almost at the top. It tastes pretty good! Bought the chocolate and the power latte. Either way it taste great.
Cons
When mixed in a blender, it turns into an extremely foamy blob that can’t be consumed. Worst protein shake i’ve ever had paired with being over priced.

The taste is excellent i only can use 1 scoop per serving recommend is 2 or i get pretty bad gas

I didnt lose any weight with it but it did fill me up for a couple of hours from 48 hours depends if id have 1 or 2 cups and what i mix it with
