Brand has the most vitamins and minerals of any brand. Now they are packing this in a more responsible, better for the environment package. It is very good. Never gets old.
If you love starbucks iced coffee frappe that they sale on the shelf this tastes even better. Tastes really good with almond milk.
Cons
Tastes really chalky and bad. This packaging is diff. And the calories and ingredients are diff. I'm not sure why since it’s supposed to be the same ingredients.
When mixed in a blender, it turns into an extremely foamy blob that can’t be consumed. Small chunks of white/clear matter in my protein does not dissolve and has to be chewed. Will not be purchasing anymore of their protein powders.

Serving size is huge so however much milk or water they suggest youre gonna need more otherwise its way too thick

So i bought this as a meal replacement but when the product arrived it actually says that it’s a protein shake either way it’s only like a 40cal difference from the meal replacement product but has mostly all the same vitamins and minerals
