The claw grip clamp is great, though for the price point i wish it came with one more clamp. The weight/quality of this stand kit did exceed my expectations, for what it costs. It is higher quality than i was expecting.

Inch stainless steel rod stands out from the 10mm chrome plated stuff that comes with cheap support stands. Thick, sturdy, and extremely well thought of. Sturdy and as advertised.

Clamp opens to 4 inch and has cork lining. Perfect for a separatory funnel. I have various pour over contraptions and this tool holds them all nice and steady at whatever height i like.

It's fairly easy to accidentally unscrew it a bit while moving it around. Screws into base firmly.
