Pros

The padding in the seat and back are substantial and it's very comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. There's a tiny squeak occasionally when i rock in it but it's not noticeable. Cushion is great for long term setting.

This chair gives off an air of authority and that you are prosperous. Not cheap, but worth every penny after spending 9 months of remote work sitting in a dining room chair.

The box is a good height to keep the back sort of level and have the seat in a perpendicular direction. The castors that come with it roll and pivot smoothly. It gives enough support where it will not irritate your back.

Cons

The back of my chair is all of 26 inches tall. The pieces are poorly milled and poorly fitted. The assembly is not complicated and would have taken 20 minutes to complete but frustrating to pay over $500 dollars for a chair with defective plug. I beli... Read More

Unfortunately im disappointed with the seat height

Unfortunately if the missing part cannot be replaced i will have to do a return and amazon is out of this product

The price is just pushing the buyer into a higher category of office chair

Price offered by amazon was 200 less than staples price

Shipping

I checked the lazboy site etc and it is hard to beat amazons prices especially with prime shipping

For me thankfully none of the horror stories in other reviews regarding shipping damage missing pieces etc
