Pros
It sinks just a little bit to accommodate me, but remains firm and supports my lumbar perfectly. My grandfather has a recliner and this office chair is on par with the recliners far as comfort goes. The cushions are very thick and supportive.
Came with spare parts and a decent ergonomic tool for assembly. I am quite handy and was able to figure out how it went together and where the different sized screws needed to be used.
Right out of the gate, it's the best office chair we have purchased anywhere. It looks as good some of the higher priced chairs from other brands. My only question is how durable the bonded leather will be.
This is a substantial chair that feels well-made. The stitching seems solid. Also, the casters are huge compared to most but still plastic.
Cons
The chair provides no lower back support, something i thought i could get accustomed to after a while, sort of toughing it out as it were. It feels like my legs need to be angled higher in the front. Could use a lumbar support and tilt does not work.
The integrity of the chair is spotty at best. The quality is awful. The videos provided are obviously user provided, but it is very, very strange that there is the same audio track talking about the chair.
My advice is not to buy this product - or if you do, make sure to inspect it before the amazon driver departs. This description is way off. Do not buy this chair.
The center of the cushion is flat out of the box. This chair bills its cushions as memory foam, rated for the big and tall crowd.
This is not a cheap chair to buy and i thought with the name la-z-boy and the price tag i would have a chair that would last me at least 4 to 5 years of everyday use for about 6 hours a day. Save your money. Go with a cheaper chair.
