Great for portion size/calorie counting diets. No weird taste or after taste. The texture and flavour remains the same.
These are a game-changer for me. They are sturdy and hold up to whatever you put inside them. They’re a brilliant product.
Cons
Extremely disappointed with the ethics around this. Disappointing considering the rating.
Not keto and not gluten free. And not low carb.

I find that they do not freeze well they stick together upon defrosting and break easily so just put them at the back of the refrigerator where it is coldest and they will last for months
