As others have stated they run 12 to a full size too small on average

Any low top hiking or trail running shoe will need them so plan on spending too much for gaiters that will last only about 1 year

My feet are problematic i wear a size 13 and one foot is onehalf a size larger than the other so its very difficult to find shoes that fit
