Pros
This product deep cleans in a jiffy. Works great on carpet, furniture, tile and grout. Works well for cleaning the top of the fridge.
It does the job amazingly. I love this product but with using it quite often, it has one downfall for me. I am thrilled with the results from this product.
One thing i've found is that spraying, leaving of a few minutes and going over it with something other than a smooth paper towel (like a scrubber) really helps. Make sure not to spray too much in an unventilated area.
This stuff lives up to the name. Goes quick in my house. Highly recommend.
Cons
Do not use on stainless steel or mirrors/glass. Did not work on stains on stone. Had been recommended for such but no luck. Don't use on stainless steel or mirrorless. Do not use on stainless steel or mirrorless.

Because it gets the grossness off of your kitchen counters off the top of the fridge off the floor where you moved the fridge basically everywhere
