Lastly it does cause a tiny bit of irritation when it first goes on but it goes away within minutes

I have tried several other brands expensive and cheap ones but this is the best by far it does dry matte no allergic reaction indeed smudge proof even at the caribbean beaches and i really love the brush tip not for begginers tho
