L-theanine (250mg) is a great natural anxiety support that i've found. This supplement is the best i've tried for anxiety. This is a good vitamin, but it's not fda approved.
It is easy to * and has increased my calmness. It helps my anxiety and has chilled my nerves. It does help my sleep and to relax if i'm having a stressful day.
