Pros
My hair is always soft-silky.
If you like orange, this is it. Stop scrolling. Better than frieda. But otherwise this color is the fricken best!
It's rare to find a product that delivers on both gray coverage and hair health. The cream makes it so easy to apply. Not too harsh smelling and nice coverage.
Cons
After washing it out, my hair felt insanely dryer than from other dyes. Not sure if there is an expiration or what. I wish loreal to be more conscious of their customers.

I switched from garnier nutrice “own by l’oréal” because they changed colors and the product lacks quality
I love the product but someone at quality control is asleep at the wheel

But if you do the way to fix it is antidandra shampoo or tgel shampoo
None of sally beautys toners take the yellow completely out
My hair was natural except for some balayage blonde on the ends

Each time i order this hair color from amazon the conditioner breaks at the seam and leaks all over

Because it breaks the seam is very sharp and can cut your hand as well
