Pros

L’oréal provides a shampoo and conditioner which helps my hair feel hydrated after.

This one smells much better than their other ones. I am so impressed i had to leave a review- and this is the first product to inspire me to do so!

Covered all of my gray. My haor is about 25% grey, so i use this to cover the annoying wirey greys. Their hair color is easy to apply and covers my stubborn grey.

Cons

The packages were both crushed and somewhat broken. I feel some packing material may have prevented the damage.

I was disappointed that my usual pick of loreal preference would take over a week to arrive

I had to get 2 boxes since i have very thick hair and the shampoo and conditioner gave it a good look as well

The small shampoo vial included in the 01 box is the best shampoo for my hair i’ve ever used and don’t know why it isn’t sold separately

Competitiveness

Unlike many boxed hair colors loreal in the pink box works the best for me

I was hoping the most that this brand wouldn’t wash out and matched the closest to my natural hair color

I’ve tried all their other shampoos yet nothing compares not even close

It does its job and doesnt fade as fast as competing brands and better than the other 34types34 belonging to the same company
