Love the weight of the bike its not flimsy like some others that make you feel like its going to tip over when you stand and ride

Customer service contacted me right away battery is the 2032 and had to bend the two prongs up to work

Customer service sent me a spare drive belttom with customer service is great definitely recommend this product
