The perpetual darkness up there does not help in my recent quest to do something about these ‘dead’ zones which could perhaps only be cleared one day with the employment of a large skip

Please note the attached cable is rather short and it’s also insubstantial

The old unit had an oldstyle terminal block connector but the new light had one of these where one simply pushed the little plastic rocker down to admit the mains wire

Photos show mounting clips screwed into upright supports in roof space light clipped home and switched on the whole area illuminated before the cables are tidied away

The reason for this is partly because the lamp housing is very light and thin
