Pros
I was given herceptin following a cancer diagnosis. I was advised by a nutritionist to these one of these a day. They are well packaged, easy to * and have no after taste.
L carnitine increases the blood and muscular concentrations of this amino acid, enhancing fat metabolization and therefore enabling better performance. Muscle fatigue is less and post recovery better. Should do work out alongside taking it.
Cons
Second review on this item. Lost nothing, except about 40 quid. Haven’t lost any weight either. I am afraid to say that this did not work for me.

From a beginners point of view let me tell you that the this is vegetarian friendly which got me sold and has 1000mg per serving

At first i took it for 4 months and noticed gradual improvement over this period
