Ive literally read hundreds of postapocalyptic novels thru the years and i can only think of maybe three books that might rival the quality of this authors telling

I am not going into plot development and character arcs or any of the plot lines as there are dozens of other reviews here to do that

I felt the author added some useless filler stuff that had nothing to do with anything and was easy to skip through but i will give the second book a try to see how heshe develops this storyline
