Pros
Lactobacillus gasseri is the only probiotic i have found that is dairy free. I still have digestive issues, but that is to be expected. Best probiotic for vegan and vegetarian bean and lentil heavy diets.
The only problem for me is that it generally has to be refrigerated once the bottle is open. I work as a custodian in a dormitory k-12 school. Does not need refrigeration and works for me.
Cons
Did not care for this proprietary product. Turns out it has potato starch as one of the fillers.

The research lately has shown that the strains of bacteria in the guts of those whom are heavier and have gi disturbances are nearly identical with the typical lactobacillus strains in most dairy products and probiotics

Do your research on these bacterium as there is a lot of new literature that even describes how the researches transplanted these bacterium from one patient to another and discovered how the normal flora in the gut could be changed as well as what foods are harmful to the flora
