Pros
This is the only one out of 4 probiotics that helped my histamine intolerance. Since covid, take 1x/am daily to help digestive tract stay healthy. Good stuff with hard to find gut healing blends.
Cons
Ordered kyo-dophilus 9 but got regular kyo dophilus with only 3 strains and half the strength per capsule. I am allergic to gluten and the product label does say gluten free.

So i started with the kyo dophilus probiotic many months ago

Packaging was great and the expiration date was far in the future
