Pros & Cons
Pros
This is usually the first utensil i take out of the drawer for prep cooking. It’s worlds better than any folder/and 99. Dishwasher safe. Haven't had any issue with anything bleeding into the ceramic and discoloring it.
Cons
My first ceramic knife - and my last. Loved this knife at first. Day two and the knife is basically destroyed. It's obvious it's not as durable or high quality as i thought.
It isn't returnable - ugh. A waste of time. It's an overpriced junk.
Used this knife for 4 months before noticing the blade was chipped. Bought it slightly over a month ago and noticed that it is already chipped today. Now i can't even cut a crusty bread without it chipping.

Never had one b4 and found it to be very light weight but extremely sharp so lack of weight did not hinder cutting trimming or chopping
