I love their knives great knife great price and the knife was fantastic this thing is crazy sharp

And these knives arent really any sharper or more durable than other kyocera ceramic knives

Lots of people worry that ceramic knives are too brittle and will break if youre using a paring knife in such a manner youre probably doing it wrong
