Driver installation was a snap installing powerdirector and powerproducer was easy

Im using this to pull some 10year old priceless videos on my hi8 tapes

I already requested an rma but i have a second thought because i believe it is the cyberlink software that does not work properly

This leaves video in mpg format under cyberlink in windows explorer
