I havent used it in the way where i will know if this works but with my asus zenfone 4 max the meaty part of my hand would touch the home button and kick me out of the app im using so i got a case and it has just enough of a ridge to stop that and i have accidental screen touches typing on the tablet too and hope the ever so slightly ridge will stop the meaty parts of my palm from activating the very edges of the screen

The bobj cover is awful more than doubling the weight of the tablet and flapping miserably against the back of the device

Simple remedy i marked the right place for the hole cut it out with a utility knife and then smoothed the edges with a soldering pencil

I wouldnt recommend purposely dropping your tablet from a rooftop though obviously however i do recommend getting a screen protector to go with it
