Once they are installed they are easy to set up with the kwikset app and control with homekit.

I suspect smartkey is a big reason many locksmiths don't like kwikset.

With so many options of how to unlock including key, keypad, or the app, or even through apple homekit losing keys are a thing of the past.

Let me be clear if your door and lock is not working smoothly (you know what i’m saying - need to slam doors, push ,pull handle to lock, etc) that is not going to work.
