The premis performs extremely well against picking or bumping. It responds quickly to commands and provides audible feedback when locking or unlocking. It looks great and is spouse approved.

I'm sure somebody is going to say make sure the latch is not jammed and everything works smoothly. Super easy to install and works great.

The touch pad is somewhat unreliable both in its preciseness of the keys and in its reliability. Screen responsiveness seems to work on delay when it actually does work.

Returning to schlage and not looking back. This product is so janky it’s pricing hurts. This contemporary one is a complete piece of manure.

The premis doesn't work via "smart" means. That utopia falls apart when said “smart” lock fails to recognize correct battery life.

Not a terrible lock i have a different kwikset model that does not have smart features with apple

I’m upgrading from a kwikset aura bluetooth lock so the lock mechanism itself is the same and i didn’t have to switch the bolt out
