The shoes are very comfortable and breathable the only downfall is that the rubber on the bottom of the shoes starts to fade and turn a light greengray color after about a month

I love these trainers i had a couple of pairs of other lightweight trainers but they had no real support with cloth uppers easily ripped

The shoe has no arch support and can use a little padding in that regard
