Pros

It hugs your body without being constricting. Care - the suit gets really sweaty, she rinses it in cold water in a bucket immediately after her workout and hangs to dry. Drink plenty of water & wear socks.

Unlike the $11-$15 suit you can pick up from your local wal-mart or target, this one feels not only reliable but durable during put on and removal. The suit is sturdy and rip/tear proof. Love the design.

The only thing i cannot testify to is the durability during exercise. Super comfortable and durable use it allot during intense cardiovascular workout, even long runs or sprints.

Cons
