Pros & Cons

Pros

Pen sleeve is writing-hand neutral, which is great for a leftie like me. Pen holder is on the back of the case, so i have to store it face down. Pen pocket is a nice addition.

Kuroko folio cover fits my new remarkable 2 perfectly - allows for the stylus to adhere to the magnets built into the edge of the tablet and has a stylus pouch on the back. This case is fantastic, fits perfectly and is so sleek and streamlined.

It's not as orange as the pic in the product description - i actually like it but you make the call. The material is also amazing, it’s more of a faux leather. Super durable, works great.

Cons

Sleeve is a fantastic idea, the exeuction is * poor. This cover is incompatible with remarkable.

Pen is at the back of the cover, ostensibly to allow the abovementioned upside down standing tablet mode, but it means you cant leave your tablet flat on the table without taking your pen out. Pdfs display upside down and need to be rotated on pc sinc...  Read More

This case is a perfect fit and protects all edges without affecting the magnetic pen attachment on the side

And the pen sleeve doesnt even expand to take in the entire pen unless you really push and dig

There is an elastic on the back which is supposed to hold the stylus but when i attempted to insert mine it wouldn’t go in lore...  Read More

This is great value for the money

Definitely worth it for the price compared to the ones remarkable sells

All that said for the price i’m still satisfied with the purchase

I didn’t want to spend too much on a remarkable brand folio

Competitiveness

It was sleek and fit the tablet perfectly and was a much better alternative to the extremely expensive case from the name brand

This cover for my remarkable was much less expensive than the name brand but works perfectly

So far i do like the pen holder in the back since ive switched to the king write mr05 which is slimmer and shorter than the rem...  Read More

Inserting the pen tipfirst is easy to do onehanded but it puts constant pressure on the tip which makes me uneasy

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Ive been insterting the pen eraserfirst which requires two hands and leaves the tip exposed

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

It baffles me why anyone would purchase the portfolio from remarkable when there are options like the kuroko slim lightweight book folios case cover available

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Over time the plastic corners chipped but still a very good value for what i paid

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Though some corners have chipped it is still usable so it’ll be on the device until it now longer works

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The remarkable 2 and the marker already cost a lot by themselves ill be damned if i was going to shell out even more for an official case

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I got it today so i havent been using it much and im sure its not as sturdy as the 34official34 folio but the material which i thought would be that cheap thin vinyl crap is actually more solid and theres no 34cushioning34 underneath that can wear out over time

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

When i bought the remarkable 2 i couldn’t believe the price of the portfolio cover
