Pros & Cons
Pros
Ramp is sturdy and has plenty of grip for him to walk up and down. The kurgo ramp is only 10 lbs and very easy to use and maneuver.
It works great to allow our dog, who has arthritis, into the back of our suv. Can also be used to get her onto the floor of the second row seating. Sure beats lifting his back end into the jeep.
Received the ramp today. Great purchase. This really helps.
Cons
The walking surface of the ramp is like rough, gritty sand paper. The non-skid material is a harsh grainy sandpaper material. It's lightweight and easy to fold but it’s not a winner for us.
Highlights
Quality
Can't say enough good things about this product.
Light enough to manipulate while holding my shepherd mix with the other hand on leash.
Took my dog less than 3 minutes, with the help of a few treats, to learn to walk up and down the ramp.
I think the jov of a car ride overrode her fear of the ramp.
Competitiveness
Works great and easy to fold - light -and easy to put in our buick sedan.
Quite sturdy under his 70lbs, and it would support quite a bit more i suspect.
She is a medium size about 60lbs.
