With the scoop thing on its really difficult to focus on the ear as it seems to focus at a much shorter focal length so its blurry when trying to scoop out

Although the cable and cable length are satisfactory i found it a little cumbersome to rotate the camera because it did not pivot

The scoop attachment although useful is too thick for good examination as the scoop itself blocks the camera view by about half
