This gives the support of compression like it promises. I was reminded of the feeling when using kt tape.
Cons
Knee is not weirdly shaped or sized. But sizing is not accurate. It actually breathes too much to add warmth.
Product and a waste of $20. Very displeased with the quality and fit of this product. Amazon's 30 day money back guarantee, i did not have any hassle in getting a refund.
It's like i should be wearing a garter to keep it n place (which i'm not doing). It has no rubber/silicone to prevent slipping.
