I did buy this last minute but in time for prime shipping
I paid for express shipping to get it in time for halloween and got it in plenty of time
I just dont want to bother with the return and resend shipping process over something that anyone other than myself is unlikely to notice

The quality is very nice with the bodice collar and cape being made out of a velour material and the skirt out of a silk blend
