It does state in the listing its for either men or women it would be ok for flat chested women but thats not the point

This is a good shoulder support my husband likes it’s comfortable to wear and really good support and it is adjustable but the material is not that good for my opinion its not that durable well based on the item i currently have

This strap is not design for posture correction but to provide support and protection to both shoulders

When ordering i was disheartened the seller was going to take a month as it was coming from out of the uk but it was the only place i could see to get it

They do take a while to get used to and they are not an instant fix so do not buy one expecting that
