Pros
Cotton tape is thicker, has more support/less stretch and offers more padding. I use the pro tape for my never-ending turf toe on my right foot since it’s thinner.
This is the one i always come back to. Excellent, works great and super easy to use. This tape is excellent.
Cons
Kt tape pro is a rubbish product because despite following the cleaning the skin beforehand, giving the 'friction rub', and not touching the adhesive with fingers. Times out of 10 it’s coming off before my workout is over.

Comparing the laser blue to the blue blocks pattern the laser blue is thicker with less stretch while the blue blocks tape is thinner with way more stretch and less adhesion
