Pros

More durable than cotton. Much better compression and sticking factor than the cotton kt tape.

This stuff is phenomenal. Great instructions and display. I recommend having your pt give you a diagram or at least refer to youtube to make these as useful as they can be.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied in this kt tape. Returned all to amazon. Waiting for refund. Could barely peel the ends off without the ends at sticking.
