Pros

Used for tennis elbow & bicep. Strong adhesion. I trim off the edges that curl up, and the tape will have a tad more lifespan. I usually use them around my weaker ankle if it feels weird and or if i pull any of my quad muscles.

Kt tape is the only thing that helps my tendinitis. I'm an equestrian who rides 3 or so times a week. I have carpal tunnel and shoulder injury, i have a bakers cyst behind my knee that really debilitates me when it swells.

Cons

The adhesive on this kt tape is not for skin. It starts peeling off within an hour and now i have a rash. Kt needs to more clearly warn customers of potential allergic reactions.

The top of the box where it displays the color of the tape is different. Despite being beige it has a pinkish hue.
