Its sticky so watch out when you peel and apply because if it sticks to itself well then youre gonna havve to cut a new piece

If you have dry skin i would suggest that you work it off slowly to eliminate hurting yourself but if it was not this good it would not do the job

The only problem is that it is not water proof as advertised

The one drawback is if you plan on showering a lot or sweating a lot the tape starts peeling in the first 2448 hrs

The difference between the kt pro and kt pro extreme is only slight and not worth the price jump in my opinion
