Note for maintaining the beltas the buckle itself is heavy in comparison to standard belts make sure that when you go to the bathroom you dont let the buckle dangle more than a few inches from the last loop of your pants

Note the belt is meant to be cut to fit your waist line read the instructions carefully or watch videos before attempting to cut to ensure you cut the right end off
