This is a solid drip coffee machine that punches well above it's pricetag. Great coffee maker with reusable filter.
Simplicity is bliss. Most others have nonessential stuff like pre progamming. The timer is easy enough to program, and the coffee is good.

Months later and i still have no carafe. There is only one lid, instead of two different compartments, one for coffee grounds and the other for water. The lid has the hot water dispenser attached to it and because of that can only open to 90 degrees. ... Read More
Do not buy any electronics or appliances from either amazon. It's a cheaply made product and not what i expected from krups. The flimsy tabs are the weak link in this product.
Product is defunct and i amtrying to contact mfg.

My son had bought me another well known brand and spent over 200 for it and it lasted exactly 6 months
