Pros
Price worth every penny. Have to use a transformer because i'm in an area where the power requirements are 50 hertz and 210-220 volts. As a broke college kid, i often look at them and only regret that they made me even more broke.
The sound is super crisp where you can hear every little detail of every track. They clearly reproduce the sound in a way that lets me distinctly hear parts of the mix that were drowned out when using headphones or my old speakers. Good sound for amat... Read More
Speakers are hooked up to a console. Neither speakers were damaged or scratched. A little pricey for one speaker.
A little less brash than the ns10, but still very balanced. The bass response with those tiny drivers is really impressive. Used to do all my mixes with uri 12's and ns-10's.

Tried switching cables, switching ports on audio interface, nothing.

Bought a pair one of them was glued incorrectly and had a huge buzz

I spent quite a while trying out the rokits in many different physical configurations behind the piano on the floor raised higher forming an equilateral triangle making sure they were pointed toward my ears at the right height as studio monitors are supposed to be

My conclusion is that they may have sounded a little bit louder than my builtin digital piano speakers but not discernibly better and not worth 250 for the pair
