First in installing the glides and then with alignment of the drawers in order t attach the glides to the drawer

The jigs are plastic but they do not bend under the weight of the drawer if the kreg clamps are used

The spacer tabs do not fall out under normal use

These dont move during slide installation into the cabinet but when you flip to install the drawer they will sag a bit
