Tip1 when ya fist get it plug it into the wall and give it a good first whole charge uptip2 when its like receiving solar energy a green light will appear beside the blue onestip3 if it seems to not be charging your phone try using your own phone chord instead of the one they providethats about it sure seems to work great for me
