Just made my first batch of kraut
Turned out great i just started lacto fermenting and these work really well for me because most of my kitchen storage uses ball and kerr canning jars of all sizes
I am new to fermenting and it worked perfectly i am currently fermenting my first batch of kraut and the kraut kaps have made things nice and easy
