Received mine called them immediately they were happy to take the guitar back on my dime

As the previous reviewer noted the guitar featured is a floyd rose but what sam ash will send you is a stringthrough guitar

But i cant stress enough to not buy this product from sam ash unless you truly want a stringthrough and not a floyd rose
