They are awesome. It’s brutal on your knees. Price is well worthy.
Cons
Great concept but a complete failure on a product. Seems like a giant scam. I am frustrated because there seems to be no quality control in how these products were shipped out or made.
To make them work for you, you have to mess with them and configure them so that they don't break. They pinch when you wear shorts too. These catches mean i fasten them, and they pop off.

I didn’t wear any protection on my knees for awhile just using a piece of cardboard and ended up with water in my knees

Id thought maybe this design would prevent my knees from soaking rain which results in pads slipping while two sponges result in weighted knees of traditional tactical knee pads
