Pros
Very happy with this purchase. Purchased this swing in june 2020 and have used it all summer. Overall am happy with the swing but not crazy about the canopy.
Swing is very sturdy and good quality. It takes two people to put up and strangely wraps around the support poles at each end. Seems sturdy and not too bad to put together.
The only reason i didn't give it a 5 for comfort is that i am 5'1 and can't touch my feet to the ground easily, but i have that problem with most furniture, indoor or out. Good back support. No cushions to worry about.
Cons
Also found a really bad gouge in a couple of spots on the framing for the swing seat. Very difficult to assemble.

The canopy i received had to small holes and i contacted them via the amazon email and they shipped out a replacement one
We had a small incident come up a week later and they went above and beyond to assist
