Pros & Cons
Pros
The gazebo really looks great and we love it now that it's up, but it does take some time and patience to assemble, as i'm sure all structures like this do. Assembly needs patience and a little prior experience of handyman.
Each piece has metal brackets that you attach to it. The alignment of the parts are surprisingly great (i only found 5 of the holes that did not align perfectly and had to spin the screw through the misaligned holes to make them work fine) use your ow... Read More
It comes with zippered screens and privacy curtains. The gazebo is very sturdy and the curtains and netting are made of long lasting material. Metal loops in top of cupola allow you to easily install 2 outdoor ceiling fans.
Came out very very nice. It’s absolutely stunning and gets compliments regularly. Definitely an upgrade from my last gazebo.
The quality is above my expectations! Good product. Very good product and would recommend it. Super value for the quality.
Cons
I'm extremely disappointed considering how expensive ($1k+) this product is.

Packaging/appearance
If you have an old cement patio to bolt the structure in place you may need a hammer drill and special bit to drill holes into the cement
The netting in the cupola doesnt impede the hanging of a fan
Competitiveness
And the most satisfying part was upgrading to a 10x10 to a 12x16
Wife i couldnt be happier with our 12x12 unit or with the building experience
