Pros

Only negative is that when parked loaded a heavy rain storm went through and dumped about an inch of rain. Durability is there. Used to cover travel trailer during water damage repair.

Cons

Package states 12x14 but the tarp is not even close. Only the four corners can be called "reinforced" or "heavy duty" it was very lightly used but is already leaking.

Not only is there missing eyelets, there are also eyelet holes with no eyelets. It also allows some rain to seep through. It already has sun damage and friction holes are developing.
