Pros

The instructions are *exceptionally* good. Easy to install and adjust and work well when new. Only issue is that the included flapper valve is only 2 inches.

One issue i have is that it does need plumbers tape! This is somewhat rare lately, in cheap/economical replacement parts. I like that they don't break the bank, they fit a variety of toilet brand tanks.

    I was having problems with my old fill valve taking too long to refill the tank subsequently requiring us to wait several minutes before flushes

    I had to hold the fill valve in place with one hand thus the source of the aforementioned downward pressure while turning the locking nut under the bottom of the toilet tank but the downward pressure caused me to inadvertently rotate and throw the height adjustment off the desired length

    The new flapper is great fluidmaster universal which adjusts to different toilet types more plastic and more rigid but anyways this new flapper changed i dont know how the water level to half

    It seemed to use about half for the flush as well so i wanted to fill in a bit more water
